The Hidden Abyss

This morning she was reminded of Compassion 

and how it could only exist if she first had it for herself. 

Compassion came from the heart. 

But in order for the heart 

to be full of love and express it as compassion.. 

She first needed to acknowledge, tend to, and be grateful for

who God had made her. 

And who did God make her? 

Her Plutonic Twin had always questioned her for this... 

Out of the blue he would ask her... 

"Who's Ay-bah." 

He was from Peru and had a very deep accent... 

But for some reason she was very captivated by the way he spoke.

His V's sounding like B's. always got her to giggle.. 

But secretly, she loved it. 

But back to the story at hand. 

Every time he would ask her, she couldn't come to answer it...

Until now..

She realized that who God had made her was exactly who she 

was in the here and now... This very moment. 

The woman who sat in her favorite chair, typing away 

at her laptop, expressing all her little joys and secrets in the 

very life that she was blessed to experience and learn from.

She was the woman who every now and again doubted herself. 

And battled herself.. 

But in the end always went back to the truth. 

She loved to explore all of life's hidden truths. 

And she was here to reveal one hidden truth that she had 

been working on for a long time. 

And that hidden truth was about self Love. 

And this morning Compassion revealed to her the truth 

about how it could only exist when she had it for herself first.

Otherwise, what she thought to be compassion that she was giving 

out to others, was really truly self sacrifice... 

And in order for her to self sacrifice, that meant that secretly she 

was expecting something back in return. 

Even if it seemed right, like the desire to be accepted or liked... 

or even appreciated.. 

But it wasn't right. 

And so here she was today,  

rewriting her story once again to include boundaries 

that she would have for herself, so that she could have compassion

for herself first and then share it with others.

And in this way, she could finally be free of the hidden 

abyss that kept her going down with what seemed to 

have no way out!
