The rain was coming down hard, but definitely not
as hard as it had done last night.
She was awoken twice by the loud BOOMs
of thunder striking something somewhere!
She really did not like Lightning and Thunder.
She knew that was when Neptune and Uranus
were really trying to make something very clear.
And she respected their kind of revelations.
Only she preferred hers to be the
Ah Ha! moment types
and the Breakthrough ideas
as opposed to the Lightning only strikes once
type.
Those who got the lightning
were definitely the special ones.
As she sat at the old school of life just waiting for
this storm to pass, she reminisced her mind
for the passed weeks events.
She began with the first image that popped in her
minds eye.
The slug!
Just last night, as she was squatting to take her
before bedtime release,
her eyes landed straight up on the slug that was
slithering slowly on the step before her.
At first she freaked out a little and immediately
looked away,
but then she tried again and saw that
he was brown with black specks on him.
Once she finished her business, she looked up
the meaning behind the slug visitor,
and she saw that she needed to be more patient and
trust her intuition going forward.
She had been asking Holy Spirit just prior to going to release,
what she needed to do in order to move things forward quicker.
Seems Holy Spirit was sending her a reminder
that slow and steady wins the race.
So she obliged.
The next thought that came to her was how after
dealing with the Hephaestus guy the right way,
she was able to deal with the other two
annoyances in her life the exact same way.
When "Mr. I wanna Marry you now",
who actually turned out to be
"Mr. I could kill you now with no remorse",
Showed up to her as she was sitting outside the
community center just watching her show,
she was able to say no to him once again only this time
she was not giggling, and not scared.
Just straight up honest and direct.
He walked away.
She didn't need to run off and hide.
Things were changing.
She felt it.
Just as with Mr. Preacher man.
She was walking in the morning to put away her
sleeping bag, when Mr. Preacher man was coming up ahead
in the distance.
She didn't turn off and take another route,
this time she met him head on.
No more was she a deer stuck staring into headlights.
She helped him out with what he had asked for
and then she wished him a glorious day ahead.
He too walked off with no sticky-ness.
Things were really beginning to look up for her.
She had realized that as long as she knew
who she was,
what she wanted,
and
what she stood for..
She could easily put it into words as long as she
allowed herself to flow.
No more were fears triggering her to enter into
survival mode.
Instead, she was allowing her triggers to
remind her to call in Holy Spirit for help and guidance.
Then she allowed herself to just trust the situation to unfold
one by one,
with no expectation of the outcome.
If Hephaestus had taught her one thing,
it was to not have everything so planned out
that it would cause her to feel as if life
wasn't working.
Life was always working.
She was just taught to fear the unknown.
Rather then embracing change,
she was always expecting the only things she knew.
But lately, she had realized
that what she knew,
was getting old.
And she wasn't ready for that.
She was an explorer and an adventurer.
She didn't have time to stay in one place,
let alone one mindset.
It was time to expand!
