The Eclipse Portal had opened up
and she had no choice but to dive head first
into it.
As she began falling, she closed her eyes tightly
for fear of what she would see.
But as she continued to fall, eyes wide shut,
she realized she was getting bored
with all the darkness.
So she dared to open one eye.
She really couldn't make out what was flying by
so she opened the other eye as well.
And that is when she saw exactly
what she had been afraid to see all along.
Her own shadow.
There was really nothing ever there to block her.
External people were never in front of her.
They were always behind her.
Only she was too busy always looking down.
Down at her shadow.
As she decided to look up finally,
she also realized she was never falling.
But instead,
she was walking.
Walking in the wrong direction.
She was going against the grain.
Against traffic.
Against her own truth.
But why?
Why did she choose to go the hard route?
What made her believe such chaotic idea?
Her fear.
Her fear of not being good enough.
Her fear of not being liked by others.
Her fear of being wrong.
But as she stood there in the middle of everything going
in the opposite direction, she realized that
her fear was hinged to the false illusion that she had
to fight for everything she wanted.
And that if she didn't fight for something,
then it wasn't worth having.
But this crazy idea made her always sabotage everything
good and joyful.
And kept her living in struggles.
It was time to stop dragging herself through such nonsense.
Her feet were ready to give up on her anyways.
So with the Eclipse portal still wide open,
she decided to allow herself to change course.
To shift directions.
And to go with her flow rather than against it.
The
end!
